Guatemala Mission Trip - March 11th thru March 18th

A group of 6 adults and 10 youth from Collierville Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Collierville, TN led by Rev. Andrew Taylor-Peck embark on a journey to Antigua, Guatemala with the organization "From Houses to Homes"

EASTER FOOD BASKETS — CCC MISSION PROJECT

This month’s Mission Project is to collect food for Easter Food   Baskets. On Sunday, March 25, after our Traditional worship, we will assemble the food baskets and distribute to needy families in our community. Please bring your food items to the Mustard Seed classroom outside the Fellowship Hall. Donations are welcome to purchase meat, eggs, milk, bread and other perishables and may be placed in the offering. Following are suggested items:

 ¬   canned goods                       ¬   corn bread  

   ¬   cereal                                     ¬   spaghetti & sp. sauce

 ¬   macaroni & cheese              ¬   beans

 ¬   tuna                                        ¬   rice

 ¬   cake mixes                            ¬   peanut butter & jelly

In addition to bringing in food for the Easter Food Baskets, the DWM would like to ask that each member bring in an extra can of food at each service attended during the month of March. These cans will go directly to the Food Pantry where the need is also great. Please place in the baskets at the entrances to the services. Thank you for your generosity and support of these projects.
